Aviation Hull
Aviation Hull insurance insures fixed and rotorwing aircraft against total or partial damage. This covers incidents that arise taking off, landing or ruling the aircraft. Additional extensions can be added to these policies such as war and political risks.
This is usually purchased alongside liability insurance. You can also purchase a ground-risk-only (GRO) policy in which covers the aircraft whilst it is on the ground ONLY.

Aviation Liability insurance covers injury to passengers and damage or injury to third party property or persons caused by the operation of the insured aircraft.
